"I've been riding my Brompton around Varna for a month and the only reason I could do that is Ship To Cycle. My bike is a C-Line converted to electric with a Swytch kit — not an official Brompton Electric, just my own setup — so I wasn't going to trust it to airline baggage handlers. I boxed it up in a Foldon Box S, handed it to the courier in Zonhoven and flew out. The bike was waiting for me in Varna when I arrived. What impressed me most wasn't the delivery — it was when things got complicated. I had a health issue during my stay and needed to get the bike back to Belgium urgently. I contacted them, explained the situation, and they reorganised the return pickup without any fuss. Changed the date, confirmed within hours, courier showed up as promised. The pricing is fair for what you get: €120 round trip for Europe, plus €29 insurance each way if you want peace of mind on a €2,000 bike. For a converted Brompton that's a no-brainer. One thing every e-bike owner needs to know: the Swytch battery travels fine within Europe with the bike. But if you're dreaming of shipping your Brompton to Bali or anywhere intercontinental — the battery stays home. I learned that the hard way when I asked about Belgium to Indonesia. The shipping alone was €392, and then €1,253 in import duties on top. The bike stayed in Belgium."
